OAKLAND 45rpm RECORDS

Oakland has had a flourishing independent record label scene ever since the invention of records. Throughout the decades, untold numbers of Oakland musicians have pressed their sounds into records, with 45rpm records being the most widely used record format as they were compatible with juke boxes and could be sent to radio disc jockeys.
